15 Accurate LinkedIn Email Finders for Lead Gen
Looking to do cold outreach? You can buy a random list and hope for the best, or you can pinpoint your target audience on LinkedIn and try to prospect from there as a starting point. Thankfully, a LinkedIn email finder can help you bridge the gap by helping you find accurate email addresses for the audience you wish to target.
LinkedIn email finders are perfect for small and large-scale email campaigns, saving you lots of valuable time during scraping and outreach.
What is a LinkedIn Email Finder?
These email extractor tools allow you to scrape emails from various sources. While all of them collect LinkedIn data, they might use other websites and social media for data gathering. Most of them come with great integrations that allow you to connect them with existing company software.
Basically, with these programs, you can gather all information from a source page. Besides emails, most of them allow you to collect phone numbers, company names, prospects’ locations, company roles, and other information.
Do You Need a LinkedIn Email Finder to Find Someone’s Email Address?
In theory, you don’t actually need a prospecting software. You can simply go to your LinkedIn and start scraping information from each contact’s page. However, this is too much work, even if you’re running small-scale email marketing strategies.
Nevertheless, just to be fully transparent, I’ve decided to share free methods for gathering leads’ emails before analyzing email finders.
Look on Their LinkedIn Profile
Most people include their emails on their LinkedIn profiles. This allows them to communicate with other companies, reply to headhunters, and explore various business opportunities. So, if you want to scrape emails while avoiding software, I recommend you start with this trick.
Connect with Them and Look at Their Contact Info
If and when you can, try connecting with a user. When you’re a 1st-degree connection, you have more insights into their data. Some people will only allow their contacts to see their main email address, while others will only see the secondary one.
Google Them
You might also find a person’s contact information while completely avoiding LinkedIn. Basically, all you need is their first and last name, as well as the company’s email extension. You can try several patterns, such as:
- name last name@company.com
- name.last name@company.com
- name@company.com
While this might take you a while, the method sometimes beats email finders (for difficult-to-find contact information).
How to Choose the Best LinkedIn Email Finder
On the surface, most of these tools look similar. So, you’ll have to test them out to see what kind of output they provide. The majority of them come with free trials, which are perfect for this particular purpose.
I always give an advantage to programs with high data accuracy; you don’t want to send messages to the wrong addresses. Ease of use is also an important factor, especially if this is your first campaign. While pricing is relevant, I wouldn’t put it as the top priority.
Once you’re done, I suggest you google emails that a tool provided and compare them with available online data. That way, you can ascertain if the software did a good job.

It extracts hundreds of relevant users and companies from a specific category, which you can input directly into your database. Snov has a free version that comes with 50 credits. As for the advanced plans, you can choose the Starter at $30 per month and Pro, which starts at $75 per month.

The free plan offers 50 credits and is perfect for testing purposes. Paid plans include Pro ($36 per month), Premium ($59 per month), and Scale (contact for quote).
5. VoilaNorbert
Unlike other LinkedIn email finder tools, VoilaNorbert doesn’t work directly on LinkedIn, nor does it come with traditional integrations. Still, you can supercharge your prospecting efforts with this nifty program. All you need to do is find the first and last name of a prospect and the name of their company. After inputting data, VoilaNorbert instantly collects their information.
The Eemail extractor tool can also perform a bulk email search in a roundabout way. First, you have to introduce your CSV sheet into the software, featuring information about your ideal prospects. After that, the software will gather data as per your request.
VoilaNorbert comes with several pricing categories, depending on whether you’re looking to create email sequences, prospect, or perform the contact enrichment process.
6. ContactOut
ContactOut is a perfect assistant during the email finding process. Its extension supports any website or social media, recognizing emails from profiles and adding them to the list. The thing I like about the software is that it can find the company’s decision-makers (this feature doesn’t work on LinkedIn, unfortunately).
The email finder tool also helps when writing messages. It comes with superb AI features that help you create templates and execute cold email campaigns. The basic plan allows you to send four emails per day. Other plans are Recruiter ($79 per month) and Recruiter (per quote). The nice thing about ContactOut is that it gives discounts to large teams.

Next Steps
The good news about these tools is that most of them come with free plans that you can use for testing or smaller outreach. However, if you need a long-term solution, I suggest going with a paid plan. After the initial testing, you should have a better understanding of each tool and how it helps with prospecting and the creation of personalized messages.
I suggest you prioritize software that provides some sort of accuracy guarantee. In the end, you don’t want to waste time sending direct messages to non-existing addresses.
