In some situations, such as when you want to get opinions from across the US, you may need to find a compromise time that works for most people.

Unfortunately, the optimal time for a particular time zone may not be during your business hours. In this case, you can create the post while you’re at work and then use a scheduling tool to make your post go live at the right time.     • Thanks Amy! I think it depends on your audience. If they are responsive to your polls, then, sure, once a week is maximum. But you have to remember that people respond differently to different content so you always want to “mix up” your content. I would say, when publishing other content, that once a week would be on the frequent side and publishing one once every two weeks or even once a month would be best, but once again, if your audience LOVES voting in them and you are able to come up with compelling poll ideas on a regular basis, it couldn’t hurt to try to go more aggressively for a weekly cadence.       3) Repurpose the results into more content!
