25 Best AI Tools for Marketing and Business
If you’ve been following my blog, you’re well aware of my fascination with artificial intelligence software. This tool type is the future of content creation and marketing, allowing teams to create just about anything from amazing blog posts to realistic images.
While the software vertical is still in its early phases, there’s already a wide range of incredible platforms you can use for various processes. In this article, I want to give props to my favorite AI programs for marketing and business, some of which I use on a daily basis.
AI Content Creation Platforms
If you never used an AI-powered tool for content creation, you might as well start with one of these two. Although I don’t recommend ChatGPT and Google Bard to advanced users and marketing agencies, they’re good enough for creating original content without breaking a sweat.
1. ChatGPT
When talking about copywriting tools, it’s hard to omit ChatGPT, one of the industry’s heavy hitters. When natural language processing first became a thing, I tinkered with this platform all the time. The software was made by a major corporation, OpenAI, which also made DALL·E 2 (a powerful image generator that I’ll mention later on).
When making ChatGPT, the company used a few programming languages, including Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, while also relying on neural networks. Although basic and, I have to admit, a bit boring, the productivity tool more than does its job. In fact, ChatGPT technology is now used as the basis for many powerful tools that we’ll mention later in the article.
2. Google Bard
It didn’t take too long for Google to respond to OpenAI with its own version of a generative AI tool. The industry giant created a somewhat similar platform in Google Bard, allowing users to create high-quality content from scratch. Similar to ChatGPT, this platform has a simple, user-friendly interface that you’ll surely love.
The thing I love about Google Bard is that it combines content generator with search engine functionality. As a result, you get original content within the dash while also learning more about related searches. In fact, Bard works more as a chatbot, scraping information from the web and submitting it to you with a nice bowtie on top.
Best AI Tools for Marketing Content Creation
Based on everything I’ve said so far, it makes sense you’d prefer a better, more comprehensive content creation tool. Like the previous two entries, the following copywriting tools rely on artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide you with quick, original content for your marketing campaigns.
Some of the featured programs even use deep learning to provide valuable insights to their users and enhance customer interactions.
3. Jasper
Jasper is a Swiss army knife of content generators renowned for its user-friendly interface and fantastic efficiency. In fact, it’s one of the first AI tools I’ve tried back in the day. You can use it to instantly generate fantastic product descriptions, blogs, social media posts, video scripts, and other original content formats.
However, there’s much more to Jasper than its advanced features. I simply love this platform because of its nifty, intuitive interface and many integrations, allowing users to mix and mash the tool with content in Gmail, Google Drive, and WordPress. As if that wasn’t enough, its sophisticated language models allow you to create smooth messages to vow even the hardest prospects.
4. Copy.ai
When I first used Copy.ai, I was flabbergasted by its extensive tutorials. It didn’t take me much to get acquainted with the platform and its powerful features; I started creating bombshell blog posts that same day. The app does a fantastic job interpreting human language and generating engaging pieces for your audience.
Nowadays, I use Copy.ai for a wide range of posts like social media content and sales copies. If I had to complain about something, it would be occasionally random content that had nothing to do with my query.
5. Writesonic
Writesonic is a funky artificial intelligence tool with one of the coolest interfaces I’ve seen in this niche. The platform is based on ChatGPT, giving you the option to switch between ChatGPT’s fourth and fifth versions (but with numerous added features).
Similar to Jasper, you can integrate this fantastic productivity tool with numerous top-tier apps and platforms. In fact, this versatility is the main reason I’ve decided to add it to my list. Unfortunately, like other software on the list, it’s far from a perfect product. Writesonic sometimes produces awful pieces and makes obvious grammar blunders.
6. INK
I know a few SEO experts who are simply enamored by INK. This nifty app is tailor-made for large marketing teams, helping you create amazing blog posts for clients’ sites. In fact, don’t be surprised if this platform becomes one of your favorite SEO tools after just a few short weeks of testing.
INK works on every level of optimization. Although not as great as some well-established names, such as Ahrefs and SEMRush, the platform can do a decent job during keyword research. One of its most impressive features comes in the form of clustering, helping SEO teams group blog posts into larger semantic classes.
7. Rytr
Although not my favorite, Rytr is good enough to make it to my list. With its powerful natural language processing, the app can generate pieces for just about any vertical. You can also change the text format, language, and style to maximize customer engagement and achieve better results with your marketing campaigns.
If I had to praise anything, that would be a high number of integrations. The platform works for a wide range of marketing, email, and messaging software, including MS Office, Google Docs, Google Meet, Facebook, Instagram, and many others.

8. Article Forge
The coolest thing about this generative AI tool is that it can streamline every part of your content creation process. Its advanced machine learning models allow you to perform keyword research and plan and execute content. If you ask me, that’s pretty awesome, as it allows you to cut costs on other SEO tools.
Most users mention bulk content creation and speed as the two main reasons to give Article Forge a chance. As if that wasn’t enough, the platform can also source high-quality images, so you don’t have to hassle with Shutterstock and Unsplash. As for potential issues, the platform struggles with accuracy, which is somewhat of a common theme in this industry.
9. GrowthBar
For whatever reason, GrowthBar is still not in the AI users’ limelight. This incredible tool has lots of fantastic features and offers vast amounts of insights that allow you to make data-driven decisions.
While the AI writer does an excellent job, the thing that drew me to the platform was the numerous optimization features. Aside from somewhat common keyword research, you also get access to an article scoring system. That way, you can make various alterations to your posts and improve their optimization scores before publishing them online.
10. Anyword
If you’re looking for a platform that combines content generation with data analytics, you should definitely get Anyword. The generative AI tool tracks your performance over time, showing you impressions and clicks for different copies. That way, you can figure out what worked and make informed decisions based on the data.
Anyword’s artificial intelligence algorithms are top-notch when it comes to making predictions. The software takes into account your brand voice, target audience, and keywords to assess your performance before you post anything. The software made my life much easier, as it allowed me to better optimize my organic and paid campaigns.

11. Grammarly
Grammarly is a tool that doesn’t need an introduction, whether you’re a marketer or a regular user. The app has become an industry must-have, allowing you to fix grammar errors and improve readability. What’s better, even the free version gives a lot of value to your marketing team.
I also respect the fact that Grammarly Inc. didn’t rest on its laurels. Over time, they improved their already advanced its advanced algorithms, adding AI generation to the mix. So, nowadays, you can make all sorts of cool pieces for just about any marketing channel without breaking a sweat. Did I mention that a tool comes with numerous integrations on top of that?
12. Wordtune
When feeling lazy, you can use this app for article spinning and repurposing. It allows you to take your old blogs and turn them into something fresh and wonderful. Of course, you can also use it to create high-quality content from convoluted, unprofessional pieces by using its rewriting feature.
I also loved the software’s other features. For example, I had lots of fun using it for text shortening and expanding, as well as making your post more formal or more casual.

Best AI Tools for SEO
Nowadays, if you’re looking to dominate search engines, you’ll likely have to use AI tools for SEO. They allow you to optimize content, add keywords, and find the perfect article structure.
13. Frase.io
Given that I used Frase.io for this particular piece, it’s obvious that I fully support the platform. The software works on several levels, discovering and analyzing top performers for targeted keywords. After going through the top results, it gives you a breakdown of headings, questions, and other relevant stats.
Among others, Frase.io tells you which keywords to add to your pieces and gives you a real-time score as you optimize the content. You can also check opponents’ links, which is valuable during the later outreach phase. Similar to Grammarly, Frase.io has recently added an AI text generator among its advanced features.
14. Surfer SEO
For the most part, Surfer SEO and Frase.io are vying for supremacy over this software niche. In many ways, Surfer SEO does a similar role as the previous entry, boosting the optimization of your articles. Although Frase.io is my preferred choice, you can also do a fantastic job with Surfer SEO.
If you’re looking for reasons to use Surfer SEO, look no further than its integration. The platform excels at this particular task, allowing marketers to mix and mash the software with platforms like Google Docs and WordPress. As for the issues, I’d have to mention a few minor bugs and the overly complex SERP analyzer.

The platform excels at graphic design, allowing you to create captions and AI-generated art in seconds. 16. Flick
Flick is a heavily AI-reliant tool that you can use for a wide range of purposes. Its language models, although relatively new, produce fabulous content. Besides the usual AI generator, you can also use other advanced features such as repurposing and brainstorming.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the Flick still doesn’t have an image generator. Then again, the company only recently added an AI writer, so it’s a matter of time until you can create realistic images with this nifty platform. I also have to commend the app’s analytics suite, which is perfect for making data-driven decisions.

Best AI Tools for Visual Content Creation
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you should know how popular visual software has become. Marketers nowadays use these platforms and their powerful features to create AI-generated art for blog posts and social media.
17. Midjourney
Although I don’t particularly like Midjourney’s interface (this image generator is tricky for beginners), the generative AI tool is still perfect for creating high-quality content.
Midjourney uses machine learning models to interpret your textual input and provide you with four distinct images for each query. Aside from being one of the best art generators, I also loved the app’s wide range of impressive features. It has one of the better image upscalers I’ve seen, significantly improving the quality of images and, with that, customer engagement.
18. DALL-E 2
Similar to ChatGPT, DALL-E 2 relies on neural networks and deep learning to deliver top-notch visual content. Although it doesn’t have the same cool features as Midjourney, it still does a good job creating high-quality images for your social media and blog.
As one of the best art generators on the market, DALL-E 2 gives you a chance to create awesome visuals with minimal investment.
Best AI Tools for Video Creation
As the name implies, these generators are an incredible solution if you’re looking to create high-quality videos for your website and social media accounts. They’re especially great for smaller marketing teams who don’t have the same budget as large companies.
19. Synthesia
Synthesia is my favorite explainer video generator. The program does wonders for businesses of all sizes, allowing users to create quality content with minimal video footage. All you have to do is choose your language and avatar and add a script for the avatar to read.
Another thing I liked about the video maker is the vast amounts of integrations. You can add previously-created video content to various platforms and continue your work from there.
20. Pictory
Pictory doesn’t necessarily allow you to generate video content from scratch. Instead, you can use the app to turn articles, scripts, and visuals into high-quality videos. By relying on neural networks and a large database of valuable assets, the platform can combine just the right content with your texts.
One of the most powerful tools on the market, Pictory also has incredible editing features, allowing users to add background music, change voices, remove fillers, and all sorts of other cool things. The best thing yet is that the video editing process is rather straightforward and intuitive, so you won’t need much time to get a hang of it.

21. Murf
If you ever used any AI software, you won’t have any trouble with Murf. After tying a textual description, the app will create an audio file based on your input. The tool offers more than 125 voices, with some archetypes like entrepreneur, podcaster, and educator.
While not necessarily a music generator, you can still use Murf to mix voices with background music. Its user-friendly interface and drag-and-drop functionality make it perfect for marketers but also casual users.
AI Tools for Note-Taking and Transcriptions
These generative AI platforms are perfect for people who often make conference calls. Use these platforms to create textual excerpts of every Google Meet and Zoom chat.
22. Fireflies
I use Fireflies all the time to create transcripts of my meetings and to create actionable excerpts for my team. The generative AI platform takes notes of everything that has been said during a conference call and creates short breakdowns of the most important points.
Another thing I have to commend is the vast amounts of integrations. You can use this tool for Google Meet, Zoom, and other major group chat programs. One of the software’s key features is its analytics suite, which allows you to track each user’s talk time and other valuable metrics.
23. Otter
Similar to Fireflines, Otter is perfect for tracking customer interactions via communication platforms. You can use the software to add comments to your chat, highlight major talking points, and assign tasks.
I was especially impressed by its automatic slide-capture feature. Basically, whenever you share some images in the chat, the app will showcase them in a way so that all participants can see them.
Other Cool AI Tools for Business to Check Out
Here are the last two miscellaneous platforms I wanted to mention in this post.
24. Mem
Basically, Mem works as a database for all your business interactions. I use the program every once in a while, to create transcripts of my video calls across different channels and devices. Whenever you’re looking for an important conversation, Mem can help you find it with simple textual input.
As if that wasn’t enough, I use the software to generate ideas for my future posts – it is simply incredible for those nasty situations when you’re having writer’s block. Oh yes; did I say it has a fantastic user-friendly interface?
